Demet Tuncer
Creator of The Celebrity Charisma Code, Charismatic Leadership Strategist, Disney Voice Actress

For three decades, Demet Tuncer mastered the art and psychology of captivating audiences. A two-time winner of Türkiye's Tony Award for stage acting, she built a nationally recognized career as an actress and international host, captivating millions on screen and commanding stages from the World Economic Forum gala in Davos to the FIFA World Cup and FIBA World Championship.

In 2016, Tuncer moved to Portland, Oregon. Her fame did not cross the Atlantic, but her charisma, her stage presence, and her ability to read people did.

In Portland, organizations and local non-profits quickly noticed her ability to captivate a room, build trust, and move people to action. She was repeatedly asked to teach others what came instinctively to her. That request prompted Tuncer to reverse-engineer skills she had spent a lifetime developing and field-testing in front of millions, both on screen and on global stages. The result was The Celebrity Charisma Code™:  a formal methodology for helping others discover, develop, and use their own hidden charisma to become unforgettable to any audience, technical or otherwise.

Tuncer now teaches The Celebrity Charisma Code™ to Fortune 500 companies, startups, governments, and academic institutions through keynotes, workshops, and individual and group training.

Technical excellence will get you in the room. It will not keep you there, and it will not move you up. What separates the professionals who advance from the ones who stall is a skill most technical training ignores entirely: the ability to connect and communicate with the people who decide your next opportunity, whether that is a high-stakes presentation, a thesis defence, a panel discussion, or a routine one on one with a peer.

Every one of those moments comes down to the same three things: can you hold someone's attention, can you earn their trust, and can you move them to act. These are not soft skills. They are leadership skills, and they can be learned like any other.

In this session, Demet Tuncer introduces her framework, "5 Banks and a Master Key," the foundation for building and deploying those skills on demand. You will leave with a roadmap for shaping a message so it actually lands, the presence and delivery tools to stay composed and commanding under pressure, and the ability to compress your own work into a pitch you can deliver, with impact, in under sixty seconds.

If you have ever left a room knowing your work was strong but sensing the message did not land, this session is built for you.
