Overview
The 2026 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC’26) invites authors of recently accepted or published SMCS journal papers to submit presentation-only papers to the conference.
This initiative aims to strengthen the synergy between SMCS journals and the SMC conference by providing authors with an opportunity to present mature, high-quality research that has already undergone rigorous peer review, while enriching the SMC’26 technical program.
Scope
Presentation-only submissions must be based on papers that have been accepted or published in an IEEE Systems, Man, and Cybernetics Society (SMCS) journal:

A short extended abstract or summary with a citation and DOI (or acceptance confirmation) of the corresponding journal paper.
