Overview
The IEEE SMC 2026 conference organizers cordially invite everyone to submit proposal of tutorial in the conference. Any topics that are related to the theme of the conference are welcome. A tutorial is a compact presentation covering a specific topic, providing overview and clear and organized explanation of a set of ideas. It may be prepared and presented by one or more presenters. The tutorials will be held on Sunday, October 4, 2026, for either half-day or full-day.
Active participation and/or endorsement from one or more IEEE SMC Technical Committees (TC) is encouraged.
The Tutorial Chairs will evaluate proposals based on the following main criteria:

Importance of the topic and timeliness of the proposed tutorial, |

Experience of the organizers. |
