IEEE SMC 2026 Opens Call for Two-Page Abstracts for Late-Breaking Research Results

The 2026 IEEE International Conference on Systems, Man, and Cybernetics (SMC’26) is pleased to announce the opening of submissions for two-page abstracts featuring late-breaking research results.

This track provides an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to share timely new ideas, emerging results, innovative applications, ongoing projects, and recent developments with the SMC community. It is intended for work that is promising, relevant, and technically meaningful, but may not yet be mature enough for submission as a full conference paper.
